  2. Develop a sustainability plan for your event.
  3. Begin the registration process for ReSport Certification here.
  4. Download the current version of the ReSport Certification standard (v3.1, updated 4/17/12), and download the accompanying Solid Waste Worksheet.

 

Our certification guides sports events through the sustainable event production process, and registration is now open.  Here’s a link to the registration page for our easy to use Web-based tool. Initial registration needs to be completed at least 60 days prior to your event.

The on-site evaluation makes events eligible for Certified, Silver, Gold and Evergreen levels of certification based on credits earned through the standards. Certification is valid for two years.

 

Events pursuing ReSport Certification which require a site visit are responsible for covering the cost of travel and lodging (if necessary) for the CRS evaluator. All efforts are made to assign local CRS evaluators.
